Who counts as an active employee?
An employee whose record is enabled for attendance, payroll or both during the billing period, including employees on approved leave. Terminated and archived employees stop counting once deactivated.

What is NexHRIS?

NexHRIS was previously called NexHRMS.
Can NexHRIS support multiple departments and user roles?
Yes. NexHRIS includes role-based access for Admin, HR, Finance, Payroll, Supervisors, Employees, and Auditors. You can manage multiple departments, branches, teams, and reporting structures within a single system.
Does NexHRIS support biometric attendance?
Yes. NexHRIS is biometric-ready and also supports QR-code, facial recognition, mobile, and GPS-geofenced attendance, depending on your plan and deployment. Attendance data flows directly into payroll, so there is no manual encoding.
Can employees access their own records and requests?
Yes. Every employee gets a self-service portal to view attendance records, payslips, and leave balances, and to file leave, overtime, and other requests online without going through HR for routine tasks.

Does NexHRIS compute SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and BIR withholding tax?
Yes. NexHRIS payroll is built for Philippine rules. It computes SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG contributions and BIR withholding tax on compensation for every payroll run, and produces payslips and payroll reports for HR and finance.
How much does NexHRIS cost?
NexHRIS is priced per active employee per month: Lite ₱79 (minimum ₱1,490 per month), Business ₱99 (minimum ₱3,490 per month) and Elite ₱129 (minimum ₱6,490 per month). Prices exclude 12% VAT. Implementation is quoted separately and optional modules are additional. Companies with more than 300 employees receive an enterprise quotation.
What is the difference between an HRIS and an HRMS?
An HRIS (Human Resource Information System) is the core system of record for employee data, payroll, attendance, and compliance. An HRMS usually describes a broader HR suite. NexHRIS covers both: core HR records and Philippine payroll, plus recruitment, performance, and training modules.
